We’re thrilled to offer free shipping to the countries listed on our website! Your order will be delivered by our trusted courier within the specified timeframe:

• 7–10 days for our Ready-To-Wear Collection
• 5–6 weeks for our Made-To-Order Collection

All orders include delivery confirmation, allowing you to easily track your package. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order, as we cannot reroute packages once they leave our warehouse. While we take great care in ensuring safe transit, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

Rarely, a model in our ready-to-wear collection may be unavailable. Restocking takes 2-3 weeks, or we can offer a full refund if you prefer not to wait.

Customs and Duties

• For Europe: No additional duties or taxes apply.
• For International Orders: Items are shipped from Spain/Europe, any delays, duties, or additional costs due to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Ready-To-Wear Collection

We want you to love your new shoes, but if for any reason you decide to return them, we’re here to help!

• Returns Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your footwear for a full refund.
• Condition of Items: Returned footwear must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Made-To-Order Collection

Since each MTO pair of shoes is custom-made, including wide width and half-size options, we are unable to accept returns. This policy ensures every shoe is crafted precisely to your needs, minimises waste, and allows us to maintain our commitment to offering high-quality, affordable footwear.

Before finalising your purchase, please double-check your size, colour, and custom options. If you’re unsure, our Size Guide is available to assist you.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund in compliance with European consumer protection laws.
